I did a SIBO test a few hours ago. But I have one worry.
I had it at 12:05 pm and then 3.5 hours later.
Yesterday at 12ish I ate parsley by accident with my poultry. From the indications of my clinic they didn’t mention herbs but my bad I should’ve read more about it. In any case I ate it 24 hours prior to the test and as I have been having diarrhea for a few days I actually had diarrhea later in the day and literally saw the parsley leaving my body, unprocessed. For dinner I didn’t have anything since I was worried my stomach would get upset again.
So we get to today at 12:05 pm. as soon as I drink what I think was lactulose and few minutes later I started with a couple burps, which turned into more and more burps, bloating, cramps, flatulence towards the end, but no diarrhea (probably cause I was empty inside). Its been a while since I came back from the test and holy s*** I am still super bloated, my belly is making noises It’s never made before, I look 9 months pregnant, and just gas and more gas.
I was told that this is a sign that i will test positive for sibo. Is this correct? Also I know this test is super flawed but are there any chances it will come back as false positive cause of the parsley? I did my fasting and all.

That being said, he has developed the sweet ‘smelling breath’ for the first time ever, and it’s worrying me. He gets his dosages at 7:30 am/pm, so 6 hours to go. As per the vets advice we gave him roughly half his usual dose today, and he has eaten roughly half of what he usually would. Any advice would be great. I’m contemplating calling the 24 hour vet, but you know what they’re like. Fear of loss to get the animal into their commercial clutches. I had my first baby 10 months ago. My mom has tried to tell me what to do with my child since before I had her, even down to the bottles I was using for my child. I am a damn good mother but everything I do is never good enough for her. We haven’t spoke since February whenever we was taking a trip to Walmart she’s going to tell me that she was sitting in the back seat with my daughter & once they got in Walmart they were going there separate ways. I’m all for parenting advice if I ask, but do not tell me what you’re going to do with my child. She’s also on heavy drugs. My daughter has never been left alone with her. I recently got a new phone in January & lost all of my pregnancy photos & birth video my mom refuses to send me my child’s pictures. I even offered her money. Me & my dad just got our relationship back around the same time she calls me saying “your dad & his wife do nothing by talk shit ab you” , she’s just trying to tear us back apart. It stresses me out so much whenever she was around, I literally hated whenever she told me she was on the way to see my daughter. She’s never spent more than an hour here with us. I just honestly feel so much better & less stressful. Are I wrong for not speaking to her since February?

I’m 28, had a Nexplanon for 5 years (previously used Depo shot for 3 years) and before May 2023, I haven’t had a period since July 2017.
During an ultrasound done in November 2022 (checking causes of pain during intercourse) they said that everything looked healthy and I was even ovulating (pain ended up being lichen sclerosis). I’ve never had an abnormal pelvic exam or pap and never had an STD.
I’ve been using [email protected] OPKs and the Premom app. I did an LH test 3/27 and had elevated levels. After my nexplanon was removed on 4/24, I had an LH surge on 5/12 (tried to conceive) and my period came 9 days later.
This is my first full cycle post a 3 day period and I’m not getting an LH surge (currently CD 20).
To my knowledge I’ve never been pregnant before. I’ve always been careful to not get pregnant and never had a reason to track my cycles. So this is all very new for me and confusing.
What is happening?
All in all, I’m sure this sounds pretty stupid because I haven’t been TTC long. I’ve been searching the internet for hours and can’t find anything to explain why I’m suddenly not ovulating.
I’ve done some searching on the TTC Reddit and people have said getting off birth control makes things wonky for a while but I haven’t found much more than that, especially considering the weird ovulating on progesterone situation I was in.

Background: I graduated in 2020 with a BS in chemical engineering. Since then I have worked 1.5 years in an oil refinery and almost 2 years in pharmaceuticals manufacturing. Both jobs have been process engineering and rough in terms of workload and work life balance (numerous 60+ hour work weeks, high expectations, always on call etc). Both jobs have been growing companies and have given me incredible opportunity in working with numerous units and highly critical equipment to the site.
While my current job in pharmaceuticals has much better direct management and team members, the company is not doing so well and has gone through two mass layoffs in the past few months. Lucky to survive the layoffs, but the atmosphere is depressing to say the least. With the criticality of my equipment to the site's success there is tremendous pressure and expectations.
As far as career advancements, I have made pretty quick progress in reaching a senior title (despite me thinking I do not deserve it). Currently I am also about 1 year through of a 2 year program for a MS in Data Science. With all that being said, I have been struggling to see what my career advancements should be.
1) Would quitting now and looking for another job (perhaps remotely) in Data Science look bad seeing as the longest job I have had has been 2 years.
2) If I stick it out in engineering is there anything I should look into for career growth. While I am learning something new every day, I do not have an interest in management. I would also just in general want a job that is not 24/7 on call.
3) Is it normal for engineering/the corporate world to be like this and I am just complaining for no reason or putting too much pressure on myself? I am feel as if I am struggling in this role and feel I am not ready for the criticality and complexities of this technology.

So the short of it is I get a letter last Friday saying I owe interest and none of my payment has been received. Well I followed a link from the IRS website when I saw what I owed (1642 and change). I paid on Pay1040 via PayPal since I can pay it off over 6 months interest free as I had a lot of bills coming up.
Call the IRS and the lady has no clue what pay1040 is. I inform her I paid and the money was charged to my account after following the link from their website. I ask her if it was filed under the wrong tax year perhaps and she says it is not. She really seemed absolutely clueless but that could be in part to the fact she really didn’t have anything on her screen.
So I sent multiple emails to Pay1040 cause every customer service thing is automated now. No email replies after 3 times and this was spaced out over a week since it said it could take up to 24 hours to get back. So now I’m freaking out because I’ve been on hold with Pay1040 for 2 hours and 53 minutes and am yet to speak to anyone. I have my confirmation number ready and I can look up the receipt on their site. These wait times paired with no one seeming to know what they’re doing has been incredible. No email replies after 3 times and this was spaced out over a week since it said it could take up to 24 hours to get back. So now I’m freaking out because I’ve been on hold with Pay1040 for 2 hours and 53 minutes and am yet to speak to anyone. I have my confirmation number ready and I can look up the receipt on their site. These wait times paired with no one seeming to know what they’re doing has been incredible. Another wasted Friday night at the hands of Uncle Sam

Turns out I discovered that subreddit a couple of days ago and found it really usefull since I needed to make a poll for my final research paper. That sub was the best option since it was the one with the most members of all the subreddits dedicated to making polls.
Now, I was looking for my post to see the results after 24 hours, just to find out it has disappeared along with the enitry of the sub. Even the notifications of the people commenting my post have vanished. If you search for it just doesn't appear.
Is this some kind of glitch? Does anyone know what has happened to it?

I've noticed in the past 24 hours some extra cold sensitivity when I drink ice water, mostly on one side where I have some upper molar recession that my dentist has noted in the past. It doesn't linger past when I swallow and it isn't super sharp, but it also isn't entirely comfortable in the moment. I'm wondering if the sinus pressure is adding to the sensitivity, or if this is indicating an additional problem. My dentist applied fluoride at my last cleaning ~4 months ago to all my teeth, and I use sensodyne pronamel toothpaste. Any other tips or red flags here? I'm hopeful it's just part of the sinus drainage and will clear out when the rest of this muck leaves my system
